Evaluating a project safety.

score is assigned to any analysis that has been conducted. This score signifies how 'investable' a project is and is predetermined on the metrics outlined by The Swamp - Beta.

Ranking out of 100.

A score can be anywhere from 0 - 100. With 100 being the safest a project can be. If a score falls below 0, then it is reset to 0 as the hard bottom.

Scores are incremented in groups of 1-10.

Scoring, wherein if an attribute isn't met, then the +Score column is to be referenced and if it isn't met then the -Score column is to be referenced.
